Andrea Gere

Andrea Gere is the Founder and Owner of a growing behavioral health organization, bringing over 20 years of experience in the field of behavior management. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and further advanced her education at the Florida Institute of Technology, which prepared her to become a became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Driven by both professional expertise and personal experience, Andrea feels deeply called to this work as the mother of a son on the Autism Spectrum. This unique perspective allows her to connect authentically with the families she serves, understanding firsthand the challenges, hopes, and triumphs they experience. Known for her compassionate and family-centered approach, Andrea is passionate about empowering children and supporting parents through evidence-based practices, encouragement, and genuine partnership. Her work is guided by empathy, integrity, and a commitment to helping every child reach their fullest potential. Outside of her professional life, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She loves visiting the beach, being outdoors, and reading, finding balance and renewal in nature and family life.
