Getting Started!

1. Contact No Limits ABA by phone (812-570-2170), email at

andrea@nolimitsaba.com, or complete form online to schedule your FREE 15

minute consultation.

2. No Limits ABA will complete an eligibility check with your insurance. We will need:

•  Child’s Full Name
•  Male/Female
• Date of Birth
•  Phone
•  Address
•  Picture of front/back of insurance card

3. If insurance determines you are eligible for services, they will require:

A.  A copy of the report when your child was diagnosed specifically with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)  (*Please note that a confirmation of

diagnosis (COD) from your child’s doctor will NOT be accepted by insurance).

If you don’t have a diagnosis yet, please see the list of trusted providers on the “Diagnostics” page. 

B. A referral from your child’s doctor

*if you need assistance obtaining these, please let No Limits ABA know and we are happy to assist These can be emailed to andrea@nolimitsaba.com or faxed to 812-292-5666

4. Upon receiving these documents, insurance will approve an assessment to be completed by NO LIMITS ABA so that recommendations for services can be made

5. Once insurance reviews the recommendations they will provide an authorization for treatment to begin.

6. You will then be contacted to discuss a start date
